Sources close to Madonna say the pop icon’s four older children have quickly bonded with new twin sisters, Esther and Stella. Madonna, 58, announced on February 8 that she adopted the 4-year-old girls from the same Malawi orphanage where she met son David in 2006.
“They love the twins,” the insider says of Lourdes, 20, Rocco, 16, and David and Mercy, 11. “When Madonna said she wanted to adopt, her kids were all for it.”
Since the girls do not yet speak English, Madonna has reportedly hired a Malawian caretaker to reside with the family in New York City during the transition.
